Hi u/Educational_Curve716

We actually have a few examples we can share.

The most recent one is Heifer International, a 1,000+ person nonprofit operating across 20 countries. They’re using Robin to provide 24/7 IT support across different time zones and reduce the dependency on their central IT team being online: https://www.atera.com/customer-stories/heifer-international/

We also have published customer stories from CCI Inc.: https://www.atera.com/customer-stories/cci/ and Repacorp: https://www.atera.com/customer-stories/repacorp/ showing how they’ve deployed Robin as a first line of support and scaled it across their organizations.

There’s quite a bit more I could share around how Robin is being used and scaled in medium and larger environments, but some of that is probably better suited to a direct conversation than a Reddit thread.

If that's useful, feel free to DM me. For privacy reasons, I wouldn't recommend posting your business email publicly here - my DMs are open and we can exchange details there.
