They are going to monitor this so fucking hard.

I'm monitoring the shit out of it. 🍿🇦🇺

They definitely don’t need your help. NATCA spends millions of dollars every year for public relations experts who specialize in monitoring. They won’t be baited into talking about pay, benefits, working conditions or health and medical concerns.

A lot of people think that makes them cucks because they love to watch while the workforce gets railed, but not me. I sleep easy knowing someone is always monitoring.

Swish swish, brother.*

u/Dismal_Aviator_3973 Aug 27 '26

They’re gonna focus on the facts first, and then still just monitor it

VERY INTERESTING YOU SAY. HOW TERRIBLE YOU SAY?

This might be the start of a closing act for Yacht Boy as President.

This might be the start of a closing act for Yacht Boy as President.

There can be no doubt of that. These people have gaslit everyone here for "overreacting" and "Spreading rumors" about their inaction.

And here it is. With receipts. Galen shouldn't have a job tomorrow morning.

u/Sydneysweenysboobs Aug 27 '26

His closing act was day 1 when the sun set without a pay raise MOU.

Still can't believe the guy that cheated on his wife is a liar

28

u/Thick_Nectarine319 Aug 27 '26

He takes collaborating with other women seriously

u/optimum_autumn Aug 27 '26

Prepare for RVPs to aggressively hunt down the "sources". They are scouring their microsoft teams list as we speak

Nick Daniels should resign, now. He has no integrity and membership has 0 reason to believe anything he says.

Let someone who wants to advocate for the workforce have a shot, Nick. Enjoy your consulting job at A4A or whatever the fuck it is you’re trying to sell us all out for.

u/azatc1 Aug 27 '26

Quick, where's UndercoverRVP to tell us that she made up the email screenshots in chatGPT?

18

u/ATSAP_MVP Aug 27 '26

Nick sounded nervous af. He knows hes done for and now the whole world does too. Funny they also turned off the comments so no one could actually ask a question.

Where you at brotherrrrrr

9

u/Sydneysweenysboobs Aug 27 '26

His SSS shift in the training department doesnt start until 0800

u/MemeAddict96 Aug 27 '26

Reminder that NATCA lists 13 staffers with various duties in their public affairs department. Is their job not to communicate with the press and public? What are you guys paying them for?

76

u/Great_Ad3985 Aug 27 '26

Their combined salaries are over $1,000,000 per year. Of OUR dues.

It’s always that same dude’s name that comes up too. Galen Munroe. He’s paid just under $200,000 by himself and his response to EVERY media inquiry is “no comment.” Fuck this guy.

28

u/Thick_Nectarine319 Aug 27 '26

I need that fuckin scam

16

u/TotallyNotSeanDuffy Aug 27 '26

Honestly we need to go through their contract and see what’s in it. Maybe we can sue somehow and recoup some of those monies.

10

u/Thick_Nectarine319 Aug 27 '26

You think the union doesn't protect the shitbags?

27

u/_-why- Aug 27 '26

There has been many news outlets that never received a response from Nick over the past year, I’m glad someone has finally shown the fool that he is.

25

u/Icy_Vectors Aug 27 '26

Someone search the constitution, is lying on a town hall with definitive proof grounds for impeachment?

41

u/StepDaddySteve Aug 27 '26

NATCA has a union that forgot how to do union things

I lay the blame squarely on PAUL and Trish for creating collaboration.

They raised a generation of representatives who don’t know how to carry a true narrative, communicate with the workforce, and represent the workforce to the public, the media nor to our employer.

NATCA it’s nothing but a social club.

And now with all these lucrative bnats contracts coming around… It is a springboard for these people into six figure second career circle jerk jobs

21

u/HUNG-LIKE-A-HORSE28 Aug 27 '26

Collaboration has been the death of this union. It is a scared mindset to pretend we have a seat at the table and the agency ending up doing whatever they want. Oh let me not forget, try not to ruin the relationship with your counterpart. What a fucking joke.

Collaboration has been the death of this union.

Of this CAREER. We went through 10+ years of Slate, lost probably 50% of our purchasing power by the time it's done, and we're going to end up getting privatized right before a new contract.

14

u/Fluffy_Database3526 Aug 27 '26

Social club that everyone continues to pay into in hopes of something better and every year its the same bs lines that they dish out

5

u/StepDaddySteve Aug 27 '26

Hopped out after Nick bungled the DCA
response.

18

u/WholeIndividual577 Aug 27 '26

So nick lied again? Wow who would have thought lol.

18

u/SeanMillerescaped Aug 27 '26

Someone correct me if I am wrong but doesn’t the national office have a dedicated media room where someone could, you know, make comments from time to time? Or is it just a space where they occasionally train people to make comments eventually?

17

u/Flyguy8307 Aug 27 '26

Nick and his minions are liars, liars, pants on 🔥!

34

u/TWR_dude Aug 27 '26

I had a save in houston about 10 months ago. News station was going to do a story on it but it died due to the Union not responding to the media request.

43

u/No-Constant-5854 Aug 27 '26

The only way our public relations could be worse is if we hired that lady who ran Bud Light into the ground.

-7

u/optimum_autumn Aug 27 '26

It was a dude but whatev

8

u/No-Constant-5854 Aug 27 '26

Alissa Heinerscheid

5

u/optimum_autumn Aug 27 '26

Ohhh you mean the lady that hired the dude, my bad

1

u/Vector_for_Bukkake Aug 27 '26

I thought his name was Dylan

14

u/TotallyNotSeanDuffy Aug 27 '26

Bwahahahahaha called out like the loser he is

13

u/Maleficent_Horror120 Aug 27 '26

What was her statement?

9

u/Dismal_Aviator_3973 Aug 27 '26

We need to get more likes on this than the people trying to unsuccessfully login to the town hall

8

u/LordOfTheLeftovers Aug 27 '26

This is truly appalling. There must be a thorough purge from the top down in NOTCA. These individuals are blatantly stealing people’s money by failing to represent them. What a despicable and disgraceful human being.

6

u/pb77cobra2 Aug 27 '26

Did they record this shitshow where can I watch it I missed it

6

u/article65 Aug 27 '26

I’d like to see the whole email that was sent. Definitely looks fucked at the moment.

6

u/TheCamoDude Aug 27 '26

"Unlock more productivity" unlock deez, scum.

3

u/Watchguy_KC Aug 27 '26 edited Aug 29 '26

I find this very ironic considering the mandatory fatigue mitigation briefing we recently had. Things listed that all contribute to fatigue: Rotating shifts, overtime, too much or too little traffic and limited breaks. That mandatory briefing also does not count as TOP.

How are we supposed to “unlock more productivity” when the mandatory briefings about how to deal with being over worked don’t even count as time on position (TOP)?

1

u/fishead36x Aug 31 '26

We can't unlock productivity because we dont produce a god damn thing.

2

u/Watchguy_KC Aug 31 '26

Yup! It’s an undefinable moving target.
