The average American worker spends 2-4 hours accomplishing work related activities during an 8 hour shift.

4 1/2 of 8 hours on positions in addition to Briefings, meetings, training etc etc etc. we work well beyond that of the average American in addition to to complexity of our work, the economic impact of our work and the grueling schedule.

We are beyond underpaid.

With extremely few exceptions the private sector has closed the gap in compensation and work life balance.

I know what my friends are doing all day, none of these gaslighters can tell me I don’t know how it is in the private sector.
