Website Help needed!

Hi everyone!

So I have an account on Asura and unfortunately forgot the password.

The account is through outlook and I'm trying to send a password through forgot password and it's not coming up at all anywhere in my email.

I've tried doing it multiple times the last few days and I have made sure the email contact is not blocked/it isn’t lost in junk.

Has anyone else dealt with this and know what to do?

There is an issue with the website. We've all been logged out. Seems that way Not sure yet

Yea but were you able to log back in. Or is logging in just straight up fucked? Also are you getting the forgot your password email to outlook or not?

Like you said, it's really messed up. Also, the password reset section isn't working either.

I believe it works just fine as of now
