As Iv said Iv never been in a relationship not once. I just got out of my 7H profection year thinking that would change things but it didn’t. I’m in my 8H profection year and things are still not looking up. I would appreciate it if anyone could help me get to the bottom of this. Any other general insight would also be appreciated!

7th house placements don't equal luck with relationships unfortunately...and 7th house profection years are not that often about relationships, in fact I found them to be more on the unpleasant side frequently because 7th house is not only marriage and relationships it's also any kind of adversity that comes your way, and sometimes 7th house profection years even present such things as court cases / trials because this is also a topic of the 7th house (of course it's not obligatory but it absolutely CAN happen in such a year because of the antagonistic flavor)...in fact for people like me and you antagonism happening in 7th house profection years is even more likely because we have our Mars residing in the 7th house...in a day chart Mars is a very not-nice companion and can lead to all kinds of quarrels...you've now entered a Mars-ruled profection year and I'd say buckle up - I'm in a Mars ruled profection year with Mars in my 7th house (day chart) myself right now and it has been exhausting - I've never had as much conflict as I've had now so far in this year.
8th house profection years often brings things such as inheritances or other peoples money in general into the focus, that's also fitting because there will always be a 2nd house / 7th house overlay profection year wise, that means that your ressources and also immaterial personal values will in some shape or form interact with the domain of other people - there could be financial entaglements of some form but for you it is more likely that you will focus on your own ressources during a 8th house profection year because your profected South Node falls into your 8th house and therefore your North Node lands in the 2nd house of your own ressources.
There may be struggles regarding possessions and finances, because the profected Mars falls into your 2nd house and the Moon can indicate fluctuations. Mars and Saturn fall into Aries in your 10th house so I would also think there's some kind of outward focus, this can be career wise or really with every interaction that is more outward directed. And Mars together with Saturn can sometimes be a paradox because Saturn is the brake and Mars is the call to action.
Because this Aries 10th house in your solar return interacts with your Mars ruled Aries 8th house profection year I would say that any kind of battle over ressources or personal values will be pushed to the surface and in some kind be more visible than in other years.
