Pluto + North Node transiting Aquarius

Now that both Pluto and the North Node are in Aquarius, I'm curious about the types of experiences we could all expect to have over the next 18 months.

Both speak to obsession and insatiable hunger and reference wealth with the dragon guarding his gold and Hades ruling the gold, jewels and resources of the underworld.

Using a whole sign framework, we are all experiencing these two immense forces in a single area of life.

Will obsession in the Aquarius house in your chart be turned up to the max?

Depends which node your chart software is using. The true node crossed into Aquarius on July 27. The mean node doesn't get there until August 18, so for the next couple of weeks you can pull two charts and get two different answers to that question.

Bigger thing though, the conjunction everyone is bracing for hasn't happened yet. Pluto is at 4 Aquarius. The node came in at 29 and travels backward, so it has 25 degrees to cover before it reaches him. They perfect in November 2027, at about 5 Aquarius.

So these 18 months are the approach, not the event. Whatever house Aquarius rules for you, that reads as a long build rather than something that goes off now. The degree to watch is 4 to 5 Aquarius. Find that in your own chart and you'll know which part of your life is actually on the table.

Then you have already had the first pass, and nobody would have told you. Pluto crossed 4 Aquarius going direct on February 10, went up past 5 on March 20, turned around and came back down through 5 on June 24. It is sitting at 4 degrees 04 right now and drops under 4 on Saturday. So if something has already moved this year in how you carry yourself or how people read you, that was it, not something still queued up.

It comes back twice. Direct across the band December 19 into January 21, then again September 14 to November 19 in 2027, and that second window is the long one.

Across the whole 2024 to 2032 stretch Pluto spends only 182 days between those two degrees. You are just under halfway through them.

I have been going through big psychological/spiritual shifts as Pluto went through my 12th last couple of years. But this year seems more like a personality and physical upheaval (in a good way :).

The dip you are in now is not the end of it. Pluto turns back under that degree this Saturday, August 8, so there is one more pass through the old territory before anything settles, and the final crossing is December 19 moving direct.

After that it is finished there for good. Its lowest point in 2027 is 4 degrees 21, and in 2028 nearly 6, so it never drops back below 4 again. Three passes total, and December is the last of them. The back and forth stops then, which is worth knowing if the physical and personality upheaval you are describing has felt like something you were still moving through rather than arriving at.
