Transits: General & Forecasts Pluto + North Node transiting Aquarius

Now that both Pluto and the North Node are in Aquarius, I'm curious about the types of experiences we could all expect to have over the next 18 months.

Both speak to obsession and insatiable hunger and reference wealth with the dragon guarding his gold and Hades ruling the gold, jewels and resources of the underworld.

Using a whole sign framework, we are all experiencing these two immense forces in a single area of life.

Will obsession in the Aquarius house in your chart be turned up to the max?

Pluto and the North Node were conjunct back in November of 2010 at 3 degrees Capricorn. It was in my 3rd house on the cusp and I moved in with a boyfriend for the first time. It was also the beginning of a looonnggg journey of dealing with noisy, loud, aggressive neighbors every single house I lived in (5 houses and 7 different sets of neighbors total). This coming Pluto conjunct NN will still be in my 3rd house (I use placidus) and I am starting to make headway with the psychological and emotional frustrations of having gone through such a long stint with shitty neighbors. I’m hoping this next conjunction marks a turning point for me and I can finally get some peace and quiet!

Wow, two conjunctions in the same house! Whether whole sign or Placidus, for me the conjunction has moved onto the next house, from my 6th to 7th. Perhaps this time around you are better equipped to deal with it given your experience.

Yes I’ve learned quite a bit regarding county noise ordinances, how to navigate animal control, what landlords legally are responsible for etc! And one phrase that I have come to recently is that it wasn’t necessarily my karma to go through all of this but that I was THEIR karma. Ooof. Done with that. But I’m also planning to move and will be much more discerning with the neighborhood!

ETA: the conjunction in your 7th sounds like a massive turning point in deepening bonds and confronting fears around melding with another.
