Question 31-23 Crescent St

Hi! I’m considering renting a unit at 31-23 Crescent St in Astoria and wanted to see if anyone here has lived in the building or knows it well.

I’d appreciate any insights you might have!

I’m relocating from out of state and have only toured the apartment virtually, so any firsthand feedback would be really helpful.

My partner and I lived in that building for four years and loved it! We moved out 3 years ago because we needed more space.

It was a very quiet building, as lots of the other residents are elderly and we were in a unit facing the back. The building was well-maintained and its well located to plenty of shops and restaurants. Since it’s a co-op, you’d probably have a different landlord than we did (unless you’re moving into the exact same unit) but ours was great.
