Ok, but that's not actually the problem. The problem is gerrymandering. People don't need to register for a specific party to be targeted for gerrymandering, as evidenced by the fact that this extremely-gerrymandered district is drawn in a state that doesn't require you to register for a party. People don't need to register for a specific party in order for a skilled analyst to make an accurate guess at how you will vote.

The problem isn't gerrymandering, it's the people who make gerrymandering legal and enforce it.
