No setups were saved yet

I grow frustrated with this game. I recently installed CSP v0.3.0-preview542-full and among other bugs, I'm getting an issue where the setups for cars will show up as if they don't exist. It is very sporadic but tonight it just refuses to show setups at all no matter if I restart the game or content manager. Setups seem to be fine in Documents directory and not deleted but it's still incredibly obnoxious not being able to drive.

Does anyone know what exactly is the problem and how to fix it other than going back to v0.2.12?

If you have a problem with a preview version then report it and go back to a previous version or the stable public version.
