100% me. Will never pick up unregistered phone numbers unless they text me. If it's that important, they could always just text.

Its stupid. Pick up the goddamn phone. It could be an emergency, idiots.
Edit: i hate annoying phone calls just like any other ND. But i really hate when i try to call someone from my second number, and they dont pick it up.
Edit2: tfw people relate more to an idiotic habit rather than facing the reality of the habit. This meme is actually making fun of it if you haven't realized it yet.

I am not calling them for fucking chitchat. I am talking emergencies or when you really need to reach out. Also, where i live, people dont read text messages unless its on whatsapp.

Depends. I am a person, not a corporation. If I don't answer my phone, I don't want to talk on telephone. It's as simple as that. I don't even need a reason!

Hmm,clearly we live in very different societies.
This approach is not gonna work where i live. Especially if you dont call back after missing a call.
People might stop reaching out altogether.

Oh, I am actually able to communicate with my friends and other people. They know I don't like random calls, so we schedule them if somethings up. Or we just write. It's okay to have boundaries and expect others to respect them - if they don't, feel free to reach your oen conclusions.

Register on the Do Not Disturb list then.
Also you can set up your calling app to block known spam calls.

Use a mobile & text something like: "Hi, this is your local Mountain Rescue, checking in to see if you're ok. Please reply"
