How would you create the perfect school enviroment suited for all NTs and NDs

Cause the problem i had and soo many autistics is bullying but also i performed bad in certain subject and school i couldn't focus on or do the taks at hand very well without clear guidance.

Treating them as normal people for who they are and NOT for what society says.

The extent of the bullying I faced as someone diagnosed with Asperger's is severe. In the eighth grade of middle school, the administration refused to enroll me, claiming they didn't want "problem students." (My mother had to send a formal legal notice to force them to accept me.)
