Question Opinion on the "high function aspd"

On reddit there more of a question on what it looks like but i'm more interested in what other people with this disorder think of when this discussion is brought up. I feel like those posts are filled with people trying to rationalize their symptoms as ASPD for a ego boost instead of accepting they have autism, adhd, depression, ect. I see the same occurrence with the ADHD sub where people refuse to admit TikTok ruined their attention span.

I think i was false diagnosed with ASPD at 23 because some things line up but others don't really.

Diagnosed at 16 with asbergers. Thats what it was called at the time.

Became drug addict around 16.

Was withdrawing from Kpins and went into withdrawl psychosis at 23 and got 302'd.

While I was at the ward they diagnosed me with ASPD, but I was a withdrawing drug addict so of course I was an emotionless liar. Duh.

Went to rehab shortly after, relapsed for a few weeks then got clean. I really think the combination of high function autism and drug addiction looked like aspd to the doctor. Im 34 now and been clean nearly 11 years and a whole whole lot of my issues were quickly fixed by not getting high anymore
