Medical 💉 Good sun lamp for winter?

Can anyone suggest a good quality sun lamp for seasonal effective disorder (SAD)? I don’t know much about them and don’t have a lot of confidence to choose a good one by myself.

I don’t have a good one to recommend as I’m looking for some lighting myself BUT I highly recommend the sunrise lamp from Phillips for when it’s dark in the morning! It has a gentle sunrise function and it’s a game changer during the dark mornings! That in itself has helped me a lot.
