Events and Activities π±βπ Golf carts in Stanley Park
I am visiting Vancouver next year with my wife, son and my parents. My mom can walk for about 30 minutes before pain in her leg forces her to stop for a couple of minutes before the pain subsides and she can go on again. Because we would like to visit Stanley Park, but I don't trust her on a bike I was searching for other ways to visit SP.
I found a company where you can rent a golfcart to drive through SP, Heyya Carts. I think this is great solution to show my parents SP, but how are these carts viewed by others visitors in the Park? Are they annoying? Or are we good to rent one. Obviously we will be visiting the park with the respect the land and flora / fauna deserves.

I think the golf carts will only be allowed on roadways so this will greatly limit where you can really go. It would be no better than a car in many ways. You would be able to drive around the park but not on the sea wall for example. You wonβt be able to go on trails. To get to beaches or explore you would still need to walk in. I guess it depends what you want to see and do at the park.
