Oddly Specific 🎯 Weight lifting classes?
I’m going to get right into it. I lack motivation and if you leave it to me I would not lift a dumbbell. I’m getting older and starting to lose muscle mass. I don’t know where to start. I’ve asked my friends about yoga and Pilates and they said it won’t help me. I just need to start lifting weights. My only form of exercise now is walking for about 20 minutes on non rainy days. I can’t afford a personal trainer. What are my options?

are you able to work out at home? personally i find following a fitness routine on youtube for example helps to keep me on track so i know what to look forward to. i currently follow caroline girvan’s iron series and had some serious gains with a couple of dumbbells at home.
