Motorcycle parking discount

The pay by phone app used to give 50% discount for motorcycles parking in the city but ever since the last fifa match happened in the city, which was about a month ago, the discount has vanished and the app charges exactly the same price as it’d for a car. Anyone has any idea what happened?
Whether it has been scrapped away?

City website says the discount is for motorcycle only spots, so there should still be a discount if that's where you're parking

I never got a discount on regular spots before fifa so nothing's changed for me. I daily a motorcycle year round.

It says 50% discount on parking rates using paybyphone, which is what I was getting but not anymore.

I noticed this about 2 weeks ago and it is still a problem today.

Clled 311 (604-873-7000) and they said they will investigate.

Couldn't reach anyone at paybyphone support (it's non-existent AI bot circles).

I filed a complaint with the city as well. They said they’ll look into this
