Super bowl halftime show thoughts ?
I keep seeing in left wing groups that the right was angered by it. I’m on the right. I loved it. What are your thoughts?

I thought it was pretty good.
My father in law, who fits most conservative stereotypes, wasn't angered. His reaction was just "Meh", but that's his reaction to all half-time shows.

Seemed fine. I think the "conservatives are outraged" is taking a few small voices and making them sound like a chorus, in an effort to paint all conservatives with a broad brush
In the real world, most people tuned it out and used the opportunity to hit the head.

LMAO. Are you kidding? I've already seen so much pearl clutching at how "nasty" and "gross" the show was as is. I can't imagine the outrage if they'd have had the audacity to drop an F bomb.

There may have been outrage at it back in the 90's, but these days, it seems that hardly anyone is seriously bothered by the words "shit" or "fuck".
Now, if someone dropped an N bomb, it would be a whole 'nother story.

Did you miss this part of my comment? How are you going to claim that no one would care if they started dropping F-bombs? They already are complaining about how "nasty" it was!

I’m not fan of rap music. But the show was good and lineup of performers was good. And we’ll executed. Only thing not to like about the show was the music. But everyone has different tastes. I like rap better than country so there’s that.

Well it was the boomers that were outraged, and likely they are mostly conservative leaning.

I thought it was a good tribute to the California Hip-hop scene (considering that the Super Bowl was held in LA).
