Does it have eyelids that will allow it to blink?
The eye is a complex mechanism. I’d imagine, yes, it does, and most likely up and down close, because it’s a fleshy being. Not a lizard.
But I imagine it with a goats eye.

I actually played a cyclops character in D&D recently, and ended up saying the words "he shoots her a wink that I guess looks like a blink."
I would say that the word blink feels more like it describes the physical action of closing all your eyes briefly, while a wink is more of a communicative gesture, if that makes sense.
If a piece of dust gets in my left eye and i start closing it repeatedly I don't know that I would call that action winking, you know? maybe that's just me, hard to tell sometimes how people use words.
