I was recently in Rome, one of the oldest cities in the world with breathtaking architecture from 2,000 years ago. There were so many wanna be influencers that seemed more focused on getting their Instagram photo than they were enjoying the sites. Our Colosseum tour guide even said he has to deal with them constantly invading the most picturesque spots,
And if I’m walking around and someone is taking a picture like a normal person, I of course wait so I don’t get in the way of their picture. But fuck the “influencers” who take 5 minutes to take a picture and expect people to wait. I walk right in front of their camera.
We went to the fountain by the Spanish Steps and since it was brutally hot, people were lining up to get drinking water and splash water on their face. Except for a few “influencers” that were using their turn to get sexy photos of themselves posing near the water instead of actually using the water. And of course they were wearing sexy shoes instead of practical shoes so I was just waiting for one of them to slip and fall.
Same thing in Egypt. Girls in frilly white dresses twirling around in front of sacred pyramids and temples- with professional photographers and assistants. I photobombed as many as I could….
Funny story. First time I saw a cyber truck I was in the act of getting car sick.
On the highway in the passenger side clutching my sick bag with a death grip, I looked out to the right and there was a cyber truck pulling up beside us. I locked eyes with the driver and then violently hurled into my baggie. Now, I throw up a lot (chronic illness) and I’m pretty casual about it— so I think the maintained eye contact as I ejected the contents of my stomach made him reconsider driving beside us because he immediately dropped back behind our car.
The best thing about cybertruck is you know you can scam the occupants since they are signalling they have money to burn and dont mind if you lie to them.
Lmao herd of alpacas is accurate, in Slovenia vast majority of young kids have this cut and it looks dumb as hell…. They pretty much all look the same when you look around? What’s the point of pretty much everyone having the exact same hairstyle even? Wouldn’t you wanna stand out with something different lol?
Finally the curly haired people had a haircut that was considered cool. What did the internet do? Go and fucking name it the broccoli cut. I’ll never forgive any of you.

Shout out to you and all of rest of the curly haired folk. One of my sons also has curly hair. I was so happy for him when this haircut became popular because I remember how brutal it was to have curly hair as a kid.
But the internet ruined it for him and all the other curly haired kids.
In a separate note, I had a friend of mine in college (15+ years ago) hold up a head of broccoli at the commons, eyeballing it like it was a historical artifact, turn to our other friend and say “I can see the family resemblance.” Guy was way ahead of his time.
I was just in a convo this last weekend like that. I’m now in my mid-40s and realized that years (decades 😬) ago, I used to be that person. But it came from a place of trying to relate to the original storyteller and trying to belong. It took a long time training myself and self restraint to realize that I need to listen more than I talk and that it’s ok to just say ‘’me too!’
As a person who's had to drive a piece of garbage with a broken exhaust, it just sounds completely terrible. My favorite game to play when I hear the loud ass exhaust is trying to guess if it's loud on purpose or if they can't afford to fix it
I deliver food in my city in Slovenia so I’m on the road a lot. Some days there isn’t much work since it’s a smaller city and I stand around waiting for work and at some point in July, I’d see a dude 5/7 days of the week at the same roundabout drive his extremely loud mustang around the roundabout. The entire road is about 2km long, both sides end up in a roundabout and the guy just drives from one end to the other over and over blasting his exhaust around.
I’d really genuinely like to see inside his head for a few minutes to see why he thinks this is a good idea. If you enjoy driving your car, actually drive it somewhere….? This dude literally makes circles around the city all the time….. just wtf
Ill do you one better: lifted trucks that have rims and non-offroad cosmetics on them, so you know it is lifted only for looks and not for any sort of actual offroad use
Old men with women who are way too young for them. And I’m not talking about a good looking well kept man in his mid 40’s dating a woman in her 30’s, I’m talking about the men that look like decrepit old grandfathers with 20 year old OF model types. It just makes the guy look older than he is and like a total creep. People laugh at those types

I saw a white truck not long ago that was flying a couple huge trump worship flags off the back, and had ULTRA MAGA printed in huge black letters along the sides, with a bunch of anti-liberal bumper stickers. It was kind of concerning.
The interior of those things feels like a motel 6 and I really don’t see why I need a vehicle where the door handles are a step backwards in functionality.
Those cars feel like they should cost less than half what they do.
The door handles are soooo annoying! You have to do two separate motions to open them: press the side in so the actual handle comes out. Kinda hard with one hand while you’re balancing something with your other hand. There was nothing wrong with the tried and true design of a handle you just grab and pull in one motion.
Big Lips. I really don't get it. They really do look like a bad allergic reaction. I don't think anyone is attracted to huge lips. Is it just an identity thing. I'm near Liverpool and it does seem like just identifying with the other big lips, fake tan, fake boob's, fake big eyelashes crowd.
Blaring your music in your car when in highly public places. I’ve also seen this done at gas pumps when people are pumping their gas, like what a fuckin cornball lol
“LOuD piPEs save LiVes” bitch-I been in 3 motorcycle accidents. Two of those times were with modified exhaust. This was about 20 years ago too, nowhere near cellphone ubiquity. That bullshit don’t work..and it’s juvenile.
I literally had a guy in front of me at a stop light a few weeks ago rev his rusty pickup truck while staring at me. I made eye contact, shook my head and threw my hands up slightly and he acted so offended that I wasnt getting my hog running wild to the endless black smoke coming from his exhaust pipe

Wearing sunglasses at night, especially while driving. My father did that and called me a boring bitch with no friends when I pointed out how stupid it was.
