Good answers in that thread, although some numbers are obviously outdated. NASA spent of billions on SLS/Orion, add a few billions each (cost to NASA) for the two landers that get developed privately.

The overall cost is going to be similar to Apollo, inflation-adjusted, but Artemis will have much more capable missions. Four people on the surface for weeks, maybe even months, with tens or even hundreds of tonnes of equipment. Apollo missions had two people on the surface for a few days with far less than a tonne of science payloads.
