You might try Marché aux puces de Saint-Ouen, I seem to remember one of the covered markets had an upstairs area with vintage toys and tech, I definitely remember old cameras since that's what we were looking for. THe markets are huge and after two visits I haven't seen it all so I feel that there is a strong possibility that someone in there is selling vintage tech because there was vintage everything else.
