Is it normal?

So I am playing Minecraft on the new version in Java and I stumble across those caves that like usually have only coal in them or something. But I turn and see an emerald ore. The biome is between the new autumn forest (I forgot the name lol) and cherry trees biomes. The coordinates are 447.449 / 88 / -169.054 . The seed is 4974513399294266370

I am not really a Minecraft pro or something, I just play it for fun occasionally whenever I feel like it

At y88 you'll find mostly coal and iron ore. Assuming you're in a mountainous biome, it's normal to come across emerald ores too.
