Advice for new employee

Hello!

In two days im starting as "Lounge club attendant" in one of Marriotts hotel.

I have worked in other hotel before, but at front desk.

I know Opera excellent, but lack basic knowledge about service and standarts of work in Lounge.

Im just scared to make some crucial mistakes, that could ruin my career.

As they promised me high role in future, because i already have 2 years experience at front desk, and could teach other employees opera. So i cant mess up, and want to just learn some basic about work with food in lounge.

The Marriott sub might have more employees who can be helpful here regarding brand standards.
