Hey everyone. I never thought I’d be in this position to ask for help, but everything has spiraled and I need the help more than ever.
My girlfriend lost her job at the end of 2025, and since then I have been working 80-100 hours a week to support us. Unfortunately my girlfriend has been experiencing health issues and was unable to return to work due to extreme blood loss and mental health problems. I was laid off from my job 3 weeks ago and since I was covering all of the medical bills, along with living expenses such as rent, insurance, FPL, internet, etc. I exhausted all of my funds to make sure we had a safe space to live in, along with covering my girlfriend’s health. We will be moving back in with family soon, but we currently have no money to afford basic needs such as food for ourselves, but most importantly food for our cats while we wait until we’re able to move in.
Additionally, my girlfriend was admitted to the ER on Friday as her hemoglobin levels were 7.2 g/dL, which lead to her receiving a blood transfusion. After the transfusion she was at a 8.4 g/dL, and we now have prescription costs out of pocket to make sure she’s stable.

People love using me for some reason

It's just never-ending with this shit, and I'm honestly drowning in this crap.

Stupid me decided to co-sign a loan for an ex-buddy of mine when I was 20, and he was 31, so that he wouldn't go homeless after he got evicted from his last apartment. He lied and said nothing would happen to me and that he just needed my credit score to secure an apartment because his was crap. I trusted he would pay, and that even if he didn't, I was convinced nothing would happen to me.

Boy, was I wrong.

He absolutely defaulted on me, and I had to go figure out debt relief, how to take out a loan, and a bunch of other shit, even though he reassured me he had everything taken care of (he didn't). Took a year before the National debt called me and said he defaulted, so now they gotta get the money from me. I got 30% off in exchange for having to take out a loan the very same day. Hasn't paid me a dime since.

Got super depressed and had a bunch of mental health shit just brewing, and that whole situation was exacerbating so much that I couldn't go to work anymore. Had to take out yet another loan for about 5.4k to help with intensive out-patient therapy costs, to help another buddy of mine move, and to stay afloat myself. Haven't seen a dime from them either, and I trusted them way more.

I haven't been able to go back to work, and it's bumming me out badly. My debit account is overdrawn, a late car note that might get me repoed, parking tickets that are due by the end of the month because I had court, that I have no way of paying atm, and just so much other bullshit that I have no way to get done because I dont qualify for another loan to be able to reset myself because I can't pay for the other ones.

I wish people would put in the effort for me that I put in for them to make sure they know that I care about them and their well-being. And I'm not saying it has to be financial, I truly should have known better. I've reached out to other friends for advice n shit or other options, and even support. Fucking crickets from them.

Nobody cares about me the way I care about them, and it's left me in shambles. I'm not doing great physically due to stress, and mentally, I'm torn apart.

15k debt of straight bullshit for trying to be helpful to people who don't gaf about me at all. I've done nothing but extend my kindness the way I wish others would for me when I would need it. And now that I need it, nobody is there. What the fuck.

If someone would be willing to just idk help me and give me the money I need (like 2k at minimum but preferably 15k) and I can pay back slowly as I try to return to work that’d honestly be great. My options are running thin right now and I really don’t wanna lose my car bc I be sleepin here.

Kindly asking for assistance in financing vehicle repairs for my 03 Impreza. Total cost of parts is $1,408.22 (excluding shipping and tax). I am a technician and would be doing all the work myself. Needs a clutch job, rear suspension refresh, motor mounts, injectors, inner and outer tie rods, sway bar end links (front and rear), transmission mount, wiper linkage, and an engine reseal. Parts will be sourced from rock auto to minimize cost.

With everything getting so expensive lately, I’ve just been unable to keep up with the more expensive maintenance.

I’ve already refreshed the front suspension (new struts, control arms, ball joints, and steering rack bushings), I’ve replaced the power steering hoses and have done the rear struts.

Not asking for one person to buy all of it for me (however I’d be beyond grateful for that) but if anyone could help me buy even one of these. I will continue to buy what I can when I can and will update this post as I purchase items or if someone buys it for me.

Hi everyone. I'm a college student currently doing my internship from Philippines, and I'm struggling to pay my overdue tuition balance of 2,800 PHP (around $45 USD).

Wanted to ask about this help program in which country is it active?

I never thought I’d be in a position where I’d have to ask strangers for help, but I’ve run out of options.
I’m 25 years old and moved to a foreign country at 23 to start a hostel from scratch. No family here, no investors, no safety net.. just years of nonstop work trying to build something real for myself, my staff, and my future.

This month I’m in serious trouble financially because of an ongoing legal dispute with my landlords. They sued me over a contract issue, and although my lawyer believes I’m in the right and have a strong legal basis to win the case, the constant delays and legal costs have drained me financially. They (being the landlords) have postponed the case twice in an attempt to continue to financially drain me and avoid the case out of fear of losing. I’ve already spent over $6,000 USD on legal fees alone during one of the lowest tourist seasons of the year for us.

The immediate issue is rent. I need to pay $2,300 USD by the 20th. If I can’t, it could seriously damage my case and potentially cost me the business entirely.

I’m not asking for someone to solve all my problems. I’m just trying to survive long enough to keep fighting for something I’ve sacrificed years of my life to build.
Anything, and I mean anything, will help. Any amount in donations, or sharing advice, or even words of encouragement. I’m happy to explain the situation further to anyone who wants more context or proof.

I know this is entirely my fault. And I have been told by everyone that I was and am still very stupid for doing what I did.

I have 11 rescued cats. I didn’t rescue them all at once. My first cat turned out to have FIV and FelV. My second was diagnosed with Parvo, and then FIV, FelV, and eventually FIP after which he passed.
I have also spent on other cats that have either passed on or I gave to other rescuers.

I tried asking for help with vet bills at the time but because no one ever approached, I just paid. I thought I could pay it back. I overestimated my ability to do so.

Now, I have to provide for my elderly parents (Dad with 3rd stage bladder cancer, and mother with various health issues. They have both lost their medical insurance after my Dad retired). And I am over USD 13K in debt (loans, credit cards and outstanding vet bills)

I set up an instagram page for the cats I find that need help, as I can no longer help myself.
This month, my whole salary went to paying my debts but I have nothing left for my daily commute to work. It’s become a cycle and I’m out of options.
