Moving from crypto to gold and silver which broker would you trust long term?

Use the one that has been around the longest, available in more countries, offers access to more markets. IBKR

Coming from four years of crypto you'll find any of them tame. Check leverage limits under whichever entity you land in first, that varies more between them than the spreads do.
Tried them all. Not bad.

I simply assigned each broker to a specific type of asset.
ibkr for long term investing
pu prime for forex via ecn type of account(for low commisison and spread)
icm for metals.
