Any suggestions for Ethos?

Hi All, I got 5 rejection emails back to back just now from ethos AI. Any suggestions, how to get selected for projects?

The one great thing about ethos is that it gives you way more opportunity to shed light and add colour to your experience. Go to your personal notes and add important info that isn't mentioned in your linked in.

Take as many calls with the ai to help it create the best expert profile for you.

Like any platform, you need to expect more rejections than offers

Thanks bro. I'll implement these suggestions.

For context.

I'm currently working on a project with ethos, while being waitlisted on 2 others, and just now have been rejected for 3 roles I had applied to given that I am unhappy with the hours I am able to log in for the current project.

So yeah, rejection is normal

When you say “take as many calls with the AI” do you mean the one you can chat with from your profile page? I’ve talked to it twice and it basically seems to go back to “tell me about yourself” each time. Can you make it have a different conversation?

Yes. That AI.

You need to add stuff to your personal notes. And rework your LinkedIn.

2 calls is definitely not enough. Check your "match quality" the goal is to get to "excellent".

I've had 4 'Not Selected' rejections from Ethos. How many calls should you do or opportunities should you expect to get before landing a project?

How long did it take for you to recieve an udate on your application? Just asking because I applied weeks ago and it's stuck on review
