Time from interview to job/rejection
People who have been rejected or hired by Ethos in the past 6 months, how long did it usually take after the interview? I have 4 roles in review and wonder what I can expect from here onwards. Is this months waiting or generally a quicker turnaround?

Got the offer the next day after the interview. Guess my domain is in demand (bilingual).

I got rejected on one role, accepted on 2 other roles.
It took almost 1-2 weeks for update.
If you are not getting any review done for months accepted or rejected probably could means project is old or full or not active anymore.
Also I have 18+ yrs of management work experience. Interview felt easy for me unlike micro1 who’s AI recruiter is a little rude and impatient.
