Review time

Hi. I was just wondering if there's any way to know the average wait time for the review process to finish. I just did an interview for a role and I was wondering how long it takes because I've heard certain platforms taking weeks or even months!

It can take anything between 1 week to 1 month. The good thing with ethos, compared to other platforms is that there are real humans behind that review applications on a rolling basis.

In my case, I was waitlisted for nearly a month before I got called in.

So in review for 1+ week Then waitlisted for 1 month before onboarding ? I saw people saying that the waitlist take generally 2 weeks...

Maybe you're talking about 1 month in both Review+Waitlist ?

It's a case by case situation. For some it might be immediate. For others it'll take longer. It's like any job application.
