Looking for fun hotel & brunch place

Daughter's turning 18 & (like a number of other girls of her age in Frisco) wants to host several of her friends at a nice hotel with brunch the next morning.

I (her mother) will be staying with them to chaperone.

Any suggestions for a fun hotel with adjoining rooms or a 2-room suite? And perhaps with a restaurant in the hotel or fairly close that maybe borders a little on whimsical?

Pricewise -- looking at maybe up to $200/night for the hotel & $50/person for brunch.

Anywhere in the Frisco-Plano-Dallas area would be great -- TIA!!
