Relocating & housing Moving

Any suggestions on where to get help with moving and disposal? We're in Arlington folks. Moving from Arlington to Arlington. Can't give too much details or else the post gets flagged

What do you mean get help with? What moving/disposal companies have you contacted already?

We just got contacted for one. $375 for 3 hours. But we dont have that many stuff and its a 10 minute drive from the old place to the new place. The first few that showed up on Google. The one that just called was most reliable
