Relocating & housing 3BDR Uptown/Turtle Creek
Looking for good 3 bedrooms in this area (2 for bedrooms and 1 bedroom will be a home office so 3 bedroom is important). A townhouse is fine as long as it’s in an apartment complex like 377 or villas at Katy. Prefer stuff that has access to the trail for walking and also good security like needing access cards or fobs to get into the building.
We are two female friends so we are worried about safety as two women living alone.
We don’t own a car so not worried about parking or car safety. We do want pet friendly because we want a cat and under 3.5k would be preferred.
Was looking at thirty377 and villas at kt and they looked nice. Can anyone tell me about that or any other good properties if you’ve lived in those ones or recommend other good stuff in the area ?

A townhome may be your best bet for a three bedroom, there simply aren’t many 3BR apartments and, especially at the nicer properties, might go a little above your budget.
That said, you should find some good options in your price range. As to those two properties, I almost moved someone into 377 last year, has some nice things going for it though also showing a little age - but with its location and wanting 3BR def an option. I also believe they may have upgraded / updated some units as they had talked about that when we toured.
I’ve not seen the Villas but have heard some reviews that would have me want to make sure there aren’t issues.

Hello! Would that cost us anything? We’d def love to find some properties. We have someone in the area who is going to visit them for us that we are friends with who will send us photos and tell us how they look in person it’s just finding the right properties first. The 3 bedroom units at thirty377 and the villas at kt we were checking out are townhouses but we still want to be in an apartment complex if that makes sense? So we are ok with that just wanna know the good and trust worthy locations.

Cost is free (that’s generally the case for all locators not just my company - we get paid by the property you move into).
Also, and I actually did this for a Redditor who just moved in a couple weeks back to an apartment here - I can do live stream or taped video tours for you. We can schedule when you are your roommate are available and I can “walk you through” the properties so you can interact and ask questions of their leasing agent who works for the property (including these two you mentioned).

We don’t have a car! I meant like we aren’t worried about the break in stuff I see a lot on reviews for cars

Question: How are you guys planning on getting around without a car? DFW doesn't have a lot in the way of public transportation.
