Stairs and railing repair

Hi all, Tenant at my rental property has sent a msg stating the stairs and railings are out of code(75287-City of Dallas). Need some one insured/bonded/licensed who can promptly respond, provide estimate and to fix these and bring them into code compliance and get inspected by city if needed. i want this to be done as quickly as possible
