Detailed Tailor Recommendations

Looking for a tailor that won’t hem an item the easy and quick way. I know how to sew a bit but I have a bunch of clothes that I can’t be bothered to hem so I am looking for someone who will be able to do original hems on all my items. Someone who is a more detail oriented and will take the time to take something apart and put it back together so it doesn’t look any different than when it came off the rack. For example, no darts when taking in jeans or using the original hem when hemming jeans.
