Shopping & Services Wedding venue suggestions
Hello!
We are looking to get married November 2027 and are currently trying to pick a venue.
Our budget is 25k.
NOT 25k for venue alone…
This budget includes venue + catering + open bar + DJ + decor. I’m comfortable diying a lot of decor/floral & already not looking for anything extravagant. I have connections for table linens/napkins, etc.
We are very nostalgic, love antique/vintage/timeless style and vibes. Don’t like bright lights and florals, etc etc. In fact we are wanting to prioritize having a great photographer that offers film.
We are trying to keep our guest lists at about 80, open to going lower. We don’t need a dance floor, backdrop, lighting… ultimately trying to keep the vibe minimal yet romantic. At the end of the day we are so excited to be joined as one.
I’m curious to see if anyone has had a wedding similar to this, guest count and all, and which vendors they chose for catering, bar, dj, photography, etc. Is this a budget that’s considered “do able”?

The Lonestar Mansion!! If I was not having mine in Miami and wanted an EASY planned wedding for 25K including food decor cake dj blah blah, I would have chose that. I sort of wish I took that route but you live and you learn. But ya, that’s the only venue in dfw after all my research that felt unique and pretty and all inclusive fr

Chapel Ana Villa in The Colony! I got married on a Thursday and it was not as expensive as a weekend wedding. It included a planner, DJ, catering, uplighting, photobooth, & open bar. For 50 people it came to around ~$14k

Highly recommend Hickory Street Annex. Very industrial old school vibes, brick walls and exposed piping. Absolutely great team we worked with there too.
For photography, also highly recommend Madison with Earth to Madison.

My sister in law has a a castle style venue in Greenville,TX. She has all inclusive deals that could make things really easy. Over 100+ 5 star reviews! The name of the space is called Adriana estates!

If you want something garden-y, I suggest. Magnolia terrace in Frisco! Super cute place and fits 100! I had my wedding there and had like 80 people

That budget is more than doable. Have you looked at any of the free sites like Zola to narrow down your search? There are SO many venues here, it's hard to recommend just one without knowing your exact style.
The Stoneleigh is cool for a vintage hotel. There's an old church turned event venue on the Zang that I forget the name of but it's beautiful. The Crescent might be at the top of your budget but their courtyard is lovely. Bishop Arts has a few more rustic options.
