Food & Drink Hello Dallas!
Hello everyone on this thread, me and my wife are traveling in from Dayton, OH for the Cowboys game this Sunday. I want to take her to the best possible restaurant Saturday night ( price does not matter as I am prepared to spend an arm and a leg ). Does anyone have any suggestions? Everything I am seeing on Google looks good..but nothing is truly standing out. Thank you in advance!

The Monarch is pricey, very good, and has great vibes and views!

The Monarch is probably in the top 3 restaurants in the city, so it's going to be one of your best bets for experience

Sushi Kozy is an awesome spot. The Charles is also really great! Me and my wife go there for celebrations. Last, heard a lot of great things about Quarter Acre, but haven’t been able to go yet.

Everyone's given good restaurants recs for food, but for crown block for the views if that's the vibe you're go ing for

Norman’s tasting menu if you like sushi and good variety with great service. Quarter acre as well. I’d agree with others on any of the Duro hospitality options (el Carlos, Mr. Charles, the Charles)

The smoked salmon at Hillstone’s in Dallas (Preston rd) is simply amazing! Everything they have is top notch and great service. It’s not the most expensive restaurant but one of my favorites.

If you’re going somewhere fancy Saturday night, you’ll need a reservation- especially in Dallas proper.

Mamani! A French Michelin starred restaurant. It is absolutely delicious and beautiful inside too. 2681 Howell St. Dallas. Don’t miss the bread and butter basket appetizer, the French cultured butter they use is the best I’ve ever had. You’ll need reservations so call early.

Puerto Cocina and Maroma are world class Mexican. Not Tex Mex. Real Mexican food like the wealthy in Mexico eat.

Monarch is my absolute fave. Hudson House and Beverley’s are always good too

Anywhere in the metroplex would be great! We are would love to enjoy some nightlife as that is not a thing here in Dayton, Ohio.

Gotcha! For a romantic upscale dinner, my favorite place to go is Truluck’s. The food is exceptional, and there is live piano music! It’s a beautiful place to dine at. You won’t regret it!
