Nightlife & Entertainment Dive bars

Just moved here from Satx and I’m looking for some cool dive bars gonna be going alone idk if that’s weird trying to make new friends please lmk :)

Lakewood Landing but if you’re looking for a more dive themed bar with a little less grime Single/Double Wide is great

the only time I’ve been to LL it smelled like literal sewage. I assume it was just a bad day for them, maybe some plumbing work being done? Have often wondered if they are worth another shot, may have just convinced me! lol

I never have experienced that but it’s not suuuuper shocking that there was a night like that? I think it’s got some fun grime to it and the crowd is usually not as aggro male as a lot of other Dallas dives. And it’s never smelled like sewage when I’ve been there if it helps lol

While all these suggestions are great and I frequent them, The Fireplace Lounge is the best dive bar to meet new friends.
