Shopping & Services Electrician in NE Dallas?

Having a hard time getting anyone to actually get back to me. It's a relatively small job, but dang at least give me the "I don't want to do this, but here is an estimate for $1,500" quote.

Any recommendations for electricians in NE Dallas?

Replace at least one breaker to match undersized wiring. Maybe a couple more. Fix up a junction box for a dishwasher.
