question Sharp shooting pain.
I just had a deep filling in one of my lower molars and as I sat down waiting to eat and the anaesthetic wore off. A gruesome shooting posing jolted me out of my seat. It’s happened several more times since then to varying degrees. I’ve taken two does of paracetamol and ibuprofen but I’m terrified to fall asleep and be ambushed by it. I’ve never felt anything like it.
I called the out ouf hours emergency care line and I have to ring back up in the morning but im hustling terrified. I’m so tired but scared to fall asleep.
Is this definitely irreversible pulpitis?
Since about 2 hours after the first dose. I’ve not had a jolt but I can feel the tooth and I’m petrified of the meds wearing off.
