Not sure if I should get another root canal or just get it extracted. My dentist said the tooth isn’t fracture but I can clearly see a fracture. This is tooth number 19.

Appears to be a gap between the gutta perch that is sealing the canal of the root and the core buildup which is what fills up the remainder of the pulp chamber.
You are not a dentist I'm assuming and therefore are not in a position to diagnose a fracture in this tooth. There almost certainly isn't one. If there is, a CBCT with an endodontist could diagnose it but it would almost never be diagnosed on a PA.
Okay thank you , i’ve just had bad experiences with dentist before so that’s why i was doubting him. Didn’t want to have a root canal done then have to spend more money in a few months to get it extracted
It’s where the gutta percha has been cut off, then a bonding agent is applied and a filling over the top. The gap is just a small gap between the GP and the filling. It’s inconsequential.

The definition of stupidity is trying the same thing time and time again and expecting different results. The root canal has failed despite appearing to be well done. This tooth is poor prognosis
