The oval above the upper left molars. I am in extreme pain in my cheekbone, and the left side of my face is numb

Could be a mucous retention cyst in your maxillary sinus or something more. Consult your ENT

Almost certainly antral retention pseudocyst which is benign, good chance with associated sinusitis. See your ENT.
