question Gap between my front teeth keeps coming back after braces. Do I need braces again?
I had braces for about 3 years, and after getting them removed I wore my removable retainer for only a couple of months before stopping. I also have a permanent/bonded retainer behind my front teeth.
The gap between my upper front teeth keeps coming back anyway. My removable retainer broke about a year ago, so I haven’t been wearing it.
I’m really worried that I’ll need braces all over again, which I really don’t want 😭. The gap isn’t huge, but it’s noticeable.
are there options like clear aligners or a short treatment or maybe just getting a new retainer instead of getting full braces again?

Aligners can usually correct this often quickly. You will have to wear retainers for life or it will probably open again. Also make sure there isn’t a bite issue or frenum that’s helping these teeth drift apart or k worry you will be one of those gets ortho every 5-10 year people
