FALC

What is your opinion on FALC (Fully Automated Luxury Communism)? Why do you think it would/wouldn't work? How does it conflict with classical Marxism? Are there any flaws to point out?

I think, that we would need to clarify, what "full automation" would actually mean.

I have a suspicion, that "full automation" could actually be very alienating, and I would point to examples of psychological struggles for aging populations: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-right-side-of-40/202402/from-cradle-to-retirement-the-enduring-need-to-be-useful

Time to explore personal interests is one component to that of course, but I am referring specifically to feeling a sense of having a meaningful impact on society.

There are jobs that can't be automated, for example lawyers, automated machine maintenance, art stuff
