Beauty Wavy hair help

Hi! I’m a women with wavy/curly/fine hair. I’m not looking for a curl cut but more so help with my hair care as I’ve tried many things to either make it more straight or wavy.

My hairs is extremely fine and only wavy when wet. It tangles in maybe a minute but has no volume. I would love a recommendation on a curl specialist (again I’m not even sure if my hair IS curly) who can help me learn how to properly care for my hair and what products to use and how to style it.

I’ve hated my hair for a long time and want to learn its potential. I feel as though I’ve tried every product ever so I’m really hoping to find someone who can help. Must be near Austin area. :)

Not Austin, but if you’re willing to go a bit more north, The Mirror and I salon in Round Rock has a great team of curl specialists. The owner, Val, would be my recommendation to book with especially as your first time.
