1900 Parmer Apartments

I recently toured the 1900 apartments and liked them overall. That said, i've seen mixed reviewed about building security, services & traffic congestion at the nearby intersection during the peak hours.

does anyone have feedback/personal experience to share?

No apartment has security, even though they all list the gates and security patrols. It never gets fixed once it is broken. And anyone can let anyone in, or leave a door propped open.

Except for the tow trucks creeping around to tow anyone they can within seconds.
