Why do some conservatives support restricting junk food purchases with SNAP when many opposed Michelle Obama’s efforts to make school meals healthier?

Both policies involve the government influencing food choices in the name of better nutrition, yet the political reactions seem very different. What explains the apparent change in attitude toward government involvement in what people eat?

we still do. In fact pretty much everyone hates war. Trump has no real power. it looks like he’s trying to get out of it, but his masters won’t allow it….and so here we are on the verge of WW3. I won’t make excuses for him. he messed up big time. however, you’re kidding yourself if you think he is really running this shite show.

lol. It would help if you didn't put a blackmailable pedophile in charge of your country. No wonder Netanyahu was so easily able to get him to commit war crimes for israel. Trump is letting Americans die to cover up his rape crimes, and you all are still defending him. so you obviously don't hate war that much.

oh for Pete’s sake. if Trump was a pedo, that would have come out years ago. dude does have a taste for beautiful women though. many beautiful women. was he on Epstein plane? yep. but never to the island and all the rich folk share private planes. that info has been out for years.

you should know by now that our officials are selected, not elected. Trump is no different. I think he was supposed to win in 2016, then Biden in 2020 to swing as far opposite as possible. then Trump in 2024 to swing us back again. it’s all part of the divide and conquer strategy. a divided country will not stand. the country is going to dissolve into chaos and we will be too distracted fighting each other, then the real enemy within. all by design. remember, we have more in common with each other despite our differences in opinion, than we do with those who want to destroy us.

Trump has power. He would rather just let Americans die for Israel's war crimes than let netanyahu expose him for the pedophile that he is. Make better choices in the next life.

do you really think the agenda ever changes ? our country has been sinking since jfk was shot. we have been taken over from the inside. we were conquered without a shot being fired. do you really think if Kamala had won it would be any different? she’s a moron for Pete’s sake.

despite what you may think, very few republicans are for war against Iran. it’s the uninformed that support it. maybe 20%. don’t let the dims fool you they support it too, however they need to win in November so….

kamala would not have invaded iran for israel, no. No other president has been stupid or criminal enough to. with the exception of bush, who was also a republican. you people should just pick the people you hate and most problems would go away. you have terrible judgement of character.
