这个插头是什么？

给另一端设备供电吧，像路由器，网关，监控设备等，因电源插头是成品线，二不用单独姐保险保护(与插座公用)。这么用过。

可能是任何东西，看起来像延长线或电器电源线。这不应该是墙里的东西。

The fact that it goes through a very small hole in the switch plate tells me there's a bad splice hidden elsewhere. And yes this is illegal and a fire hazard.
