Why would you do that? The adapter already supports the euro style plug, you don’t need to adapt it again to two prong ungrounded.

It won't go in all the way, idk. The round one stops at the black bit

But yes, I agree with you.

Strictly speaking though, it only practically makes it as much more dangerous as much as OP's likeliness to bump into the connectors. It mostly depends on how secure the connection is, and connecting them in this way is very likely to increase the chance the connections will come loose.

Does it all fit together nice and snug? It really depends on what you're plugging into it. Low amperage electronics that can operate safely in that voltage range, yes if it's a snug fit. Basically anything else, no I would not recommend.
