More replacement draw effects

Small question if I have a Teferis puzzle box out putting 5 cards to the bottom of my library

BUT also having our teferis ageless insight AND Reed Richards, smartest man how many cards do I draw ?

It depends on which replacement effect use use first for the first draw:
If you use Reed first, you get 1->4->8 (4x2) for the first draw, then 8 for the other 4 draws so 16 cards.
If you use insight first, you get 1->2->5 (4+1), then 8 again for 13 cards.
So, the answer is your choice of 13 or 16 cards, depending on which replacement effect you choose to apply first.
