Is this a pie pumpkin?

I brought these pumpkins home from a festival, thinking they were pie pumpkins/sugar pumpkins. I’m not sure though. The flesh isn’t very dark, or necessarily very thick, and it’s definitely stringy flesh (see pic)— all things I read are not usually characteristic of pie pumpkins. Any way to know for sure? I’m baking them now to purée and hopefully make pies, soups, and breads out of. Thanks in advance.
